If he sees other items that have to be addressed such as water damage from leaking roof unit he knows who to call and have the repairs done right away. Always gets good subs with great prices and great work never any problems

+ -1 moreI called AirTec because the stickers on the equipment has their number and I was hoping they'd be familiar with the repair history (the house was a recent purchase at the time and it came with the heat pump). I called 4 times over 2 weeks and always went to voice mail. I left a message each time and they never returned the call. When I didn't get any response, I looked into the equipment myself and saw indicators of poor repair work (bypassed transformer still held in place by screws with the replacement transformer hanging from wires patched together with electrical tape), so I contacted another vendor (Caveman Heating and Air Conditioning) who was able to correct the issue and cleaned up the poor work.
