Our Septic Pump Alarm set everything in motion, except our sewer. We called, they were prompt and efficient and knowledgeable .... the septic was drained and determined that the pump needed to be replaced. Because our call was an emergency we rescheduled to have the pump pulled and replaced within the time-limit of the septic capacity. The same young man returned promptly, pulled the pump, repaired the pump and charged us for the service call, only. We were impressed with their promptness, efficiency and honesty. Thank you

This was the very first time the septic was cleaned out and I have lived here for 30 years. Called because toilet draining slowly and at times not completely. When lid was opened there was also a 3 ft tree growing in the water or waste inside the septic tank. Chris was also quick and efficient in draining/cleaning out the septic. Fast service, excellent manner and would use again if needed.

Chris is a PRO .He knows his business and is well versed in the operational aspects of a septic system. Ill call him again.

They had to locate my septic as I didn t know where it was..were able to do so with the plans I got from the county..cost was as quoted and gave good advice about septic care. My septic had not been cleaned for at least 24 years (I know, procrastinator) and they were able to handle all the built up sludge

Chris, the owner, was right on time, did excellent work (fast and efficient), was cheerful, knowledgeable, & offered important advice to make the process easier for me in the future (no digging), and even gave me a senior discount! He was the best price of all the quotes i got by phone so I called him because I live on social security. I was very pleased all the way around!

These 2 guys where very polite and very professional. Did there job. Then they made it look really good. Did not realize what they do to make these lids look professional. I had been trying to find someone to help me with this project for several months. These guys are the only ones that replied that they would definitely help me with my problem. And made it look so easy to have it look so professional. I would definitely tell people i would hire them again.
