Doug was easy to get ahold of and fast to schedule our carpet cleaning. He's very professional and does a great job! Loved getting my Ivory carpet back!

Our carpet was cleaned very well by Doug. He was professional in every aspect and also gave us other cleaning advice for our wood floors. He also threw in a discount for using Angieslist which I wasn't expecting. He was super pleasant and fun to talk with as well. We couldn't be happier and will call again in the future.

The tile had not been sealed correctly so it showed a lot of dirt both on the tile itself and grout. Doug cleaned and sealed it. It now looks great. And we had 4 rooms.

Super Doug showed up on time and super friendly clean the carpets throughout and moves furniture all by himself.I had another carpet place coming before and they just didn't do a good job like Doug does Doug will even shut off lights as he works himself out of a room😊

The provider came on time, was polite and professional, and did a superior job! Provider moved all the heavy furniture himself, and he explained each step in the cleaning process. He professionally vacuumed the areas first before cleaning which was a first for us to see a carpet cleaner do this prior to cleaning. We definitely will use him in the future.

Doug showed up on schedule, the actual price was what he had quoted me and he cleaned the carpets in our house. Excellent job, will use again! thanks!

It went very well. He is personable. I asked for a bid on our tile in the home and it seemed fair for the amount of area that would require cleaning.

It was excellent. As far as I know it is just owner operated, the man's name is Doug Loose, I met him 2 and a half years ago at a charity auction. I had just happened to take his card, 2 and a half years ago I asked some friends about him and they all had great things to say. I only have carpet in 2 rooms, I only intended to use him for one. He then apologized there was a minimum charge. He felt badly due to the price so he asked if he could clean out the other bedroom which was used for storage and clean that too, he took complete charge and did the carpet I initially hired him for getting rid of horrible stains. He then was able to get the main pathway in the second room, he said to relax and he was going to take complete charge of it. He took initiative and offered options and services in which I would have not expected him to do. He had a can do attitude. I am highly satisfied, and can understand why I was recommended him by my friends. It was a very comfortable experience having him in my home.

It went very well. The guy was amazing. I even called the company and told them how fabulous he was. I would give him an A! He was very clean. He was very considerate about which hose went where and wiping his feet on a rug that he brought before entering the house.

Fine, they came in, did the job and got out and the carpets were clean. They were on time, reasonably priced, upbeat, and pleasant to have in the home.

Doug from TLC Carpet Cleaning, came out for us a couple of years ago and he was able to get that up. I was very impressed with him.

He took the throw rugs to his place to clean them, hung them up at his location and then even brought them back after they dry. I called a week ahead of time and he told me that he was able to fit me in, because I was having unexpected company coming over. That was nice, because I am a long way from his home base, about 20 something miles. He always does such a nice job.

He does a dry cleaning process and one of the carpets in our bedrooms requires the dry cleaning to keep the warranty. He did a great job. He was on time, friendly and courteous.

We have used him for almost a dozen times. I have used him in my home as well as the business. He has also taken my oriental rugs and took them to a company who was able to clean those for me. He is really good about letting me know if he is able to do services in the home, or if the oriental carpets needed to go to another location to be cleaned. I really trust Doug and his services. He is also really honest with stains that are not able to come out, due to carpets fibers and or what the stain consisted of. In terms of his honesty and his customer service it is great. I wished Angie's List would let me give him an A+.

In addition to doing very competent work, Doug is very personable and friendly. He did exactly what was asked of him, and a little bit more. He moved the sofas in the living room to clean where no carpet cleaner has gone before. We were well satisfied with his service and personal attention. Miracle of miracles...after he cleaned the carpet in the living room, a couple of "ripples" therein had totally disappeared!

Better than I expected. It was a great improvement over what I started with. I don't think anything really works with cat odor.

They did an excellent job. They accommodated me easily and I had to rush, but, the job was still done perfectly. The person who came was professional and pleasant to deal with. He was prompt and easy to deal with. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

My dog vomited on my tan colored carpet resulting in 6 bright yellow stomach acid stains approximately 5" in diameter in a very noticeable area of the carpet. Nothing I tried affected the stains. I learned later that stomach acid stains will usually not come out of carpet. Doug, the owner, arrived promptly when promised, cleaned my carpet, and then worked for over 4 hours on the stains. He lightened the yellow spots and then introduced permanent color to match my carpet. He used brushes and steam to complete the process and it looks fabulous! I will be hard pressed to even locate where the stains were. I am very pleased with the results of Doug's work and so thrilled to have those ugly yellow stains gone! I will definitely call on TLC again for my next carpet/upholstery cleaning need.

TLC did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets in our home. They were very prompt arriving exactly at the scheduled time even though there was still some snow left on our driveway. I thought the cost was very reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for being a member of Angies list. The carpets looked clean and fresh when they left.
