Pressure Washing, Deck and Porch Service
The project took quite a bit longer than expected (about a month) but Jeremy was good about keeping us informed on what was going on. The finished result is very nice. He really did a nice job matching the new rails and gates to the existing rail. The estimate he gave us was quite low, with the actual cost being $500 more than the estimate. Otherwise, we are happy with the experience.

Pressure Washing, Exterior Painting
Jeremy came out to the house and gave us an estimate, which was right on the actual cost of the job. He started the job a week earlier than he originally thought he would be able to start. The job took a little longer than originally planned due to rain and a personal emergency, but we felt like it was completed in a timely manner. Jeremy found an area of siding that had rotted and he replaced the 2 foot square section at no cost to us. There were a few instances where paint ended up in unwanted places, but otherwise, the quality of the work is pretty good. Jeremy was pleasant to work with and did a good job of keeping us informed of his progress.
