I've used them before in the past. I thought they did a good job and their pricing is reasonable. I was happy the first time I've met them so I didn't shop around.

It went very well. They were on time and very responsive. They were very careful about covering up surrounding areas from the dust. I really appreciated that especially in the closet. I didn't have to take everything out. Justin consulted us on the color of the stain and it matched perfectly with the nearby floors he had done previously.

Justin was fabulous. He made very little mess considering the job. He did an excellent finishing on the floors. He cleaned everything up and was very pleasant to work with.

Regal Hardwood Floors was our second bid and it was significantly lower than the first. Justin was prompt, pleasant and professional and did the job in the time frame described, three days. He kept us informed of his progress and estimated completion time. The floors look lovely and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

The job done by them was great. They were professional. We had a stain on the floor and it wasn’t their fault. So they came back even after the job was done and fixed the stain without any additional cost. Their price was the lowest.

He arrived promptly for our appointment to create a bid and again to do the work. He was very professional, carefully closed off the rest of the house to prevent dust from accumulating there and cleaned the kitchen when he was done. He did the work on a Saturday returning on Sunday to apply the last coat. The floor is beautiful. I highly recommend his company.

They came and did the work. They were easy to work with. The floors had to be done again because they contained beetles. They were very responsive and came out and replaced the flooring at no cost to us.

We were satisfied with the service.

I called over 5 times leaving messages one after another and apparently they do not want my business as they never called back.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 1020 SQ FT RANCH HOUSE BUILT IN 1963. JUSTIN, AND DAVID SANDED THE HARDWOOD FLOORS IN THE LIVING, DINING, HALL, AND THREE BEDROOMS (INCLUDING CLOSETS), AND THEN APPLIED THREE COATS OF FINISH. THE FLOORS LOOK FABULOUS! THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

REGAL HARDWOOD FLOORS GAVE US A LOT OF SUGGESTIONS OF VARIOUS STYLES OF FLOORS TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF THE FLOOR IN OUR DINING ROOM. IT IS A WELL TRAVELED AREA SO WE NEEDED A STURDY FLOOR.
