Delivery truck showed up the next day, ON TIME, and the delivery and installation went smoothly and efficiently.

Great! We love our new appliances. Had a hard to fit refrigerator space, but Hamilton had one that fit perfectly.

Made a call and spoke with a real, live and very personable people! Ramona and Joe made purchasing a new range and microwave a breeze! From the first call, quick and excellent installation, and follow-up. The price point was fair, too! I can't recommend this company enough.

Their Service Dept. crew performed very well when they installed these appliances. also the Salesman who made the deal with me. I rated B but not for these laundry purchased but for the other appliance that I supposed to be purchased from them. I need a new replacement dishwasher. Unfortunately the transaction did not push through. The floor salesman did not perform the way I expected so I did not buy their appliance. When the Gen. Mgr. learned what happened, he apologized and he said they will try their best next time.

Sales person was great. I told her what I was looking for and she provided me with three options to choose from and explained the differences between brands. Great experience with store staff as well as installation staff.

The salesperson at Hamilton's was very happy to show me a variety of models and answer all of my questions. He was very low-key and took time to look up information I needed to determine which models would fit in my space and still have the features I was looking for. They quoted me a very competitive price and understood that I was shopping at several stores. Once I decided on the purchase, they handled all of the paperwork including several mail-in rebates in a manner that made it very easy for me to submit and receive the rebates. (not all stores do this). The delivery was done as scheduled. Several days after installation, I noticed the washer door was developing a squeak so I called Hamilton's and they sent the installation technician back to take care of it. I'm very pleased with Hamilton's sales process and responsiveness to my concerns.

I did use Hamilton's Appliances in Gladstone for a new dryer recently. The service was fine. The staff was fine. Everything was quick and easy. I would tell a friend to go and shop at Hamilton's and that they are friendly and helpful store. I would grade them 'A's across the board.

I had no problems with them. It took them about an hour to complete the work, they took off the old one and put in the new one.

Stopped in Hamilton's on a Sunday after checking out their reviews here. Our 20-year-old stove was on its last legs and we decided it was time for a new one. Our salesman Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and pointed us to exactly what we were needing. Also recommended an excellent installer for us. Mike was available by phone later when we had some questions about appliance dimensions. The store was bright, clean and had lots of items to choose from. Would definitely go back there again for any future purchases.

Needed a replacement microwave of a specific size, several other appliance stores nearby were unable or unwilling to help me find one. I remembered Hamilton's helpfulness from a few years ago, so called them. They found exactly what I needed and had it for me to pick up within a few days. My prior experience was when I needed a replacement burner grid for a kitchen gas range. I had unsuccessfully tried several other stores before discovering Hamilton's. Their store is far from where I live, but it is worth going there due to their superior customer service.

They came in and did the work. I was happy with it. They got a lot done. They are professional and on time. They got here when they said they would. They really worked hard. They are polite and really nice. They are easy to talk to. They ask questions and prioritizing what I wanted done first and make sure it got done. They are great.

We like to access local businesses. We had a really good experience with them. They were local, the delivery was great, and they were more personalized than some of the big box experiences. They were competitive in pricing and very attentive to our needs. They were awesome! I'd go there again before calling anybody else.

While I have not made my purchases yet, Hamilton's Appliance has exceeded my expectations during every visit and phone call. Originally recommended by a family member, I have yet to be disappointed by their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, product knowledge, and professionalism. Thus far, they have demonstrated an impressive committment to helping me make an informed choice about my appliances, with my budget and lifestyle needs in mind. While they may not carry certain brands I am interested in for select appliances, they carry an impressive array of lines to appeal to both the budget-conscious and luxury buyers. And that my visits to their store have all been free of high-pressure sales tactics means that my shopping experience has been one the most enjoyable surrounding this extensive remodel. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a Maytag dishwasher, and was assured that the price was as good as any at local stores, via internet search. Also, I like working with Hamilton's, which I have done before, since they treated me like an important person, not just one of the crowd. They gave me the name of an installer, when I inquired, and the deal was done. Since then, I have stopped in for some questions regarding some features of the dishwasher, and they were very helpful.

Good experience overall. Knew what they were doing and were able to schedule delivery within a couple of days.

Lincoln Reed knows his appliances! We had a very pleasant experience working with him to select our new refrigerator/freezer to replace the last of the original appliances we inherited when we bought our 1978 ranch style house in 2003. We love the new fridge, it looks great, and the whole experience couldn't have been easier. We also bought our range, dishwasher, and microwave/hood from Hamilton's in 2004, and have been very pleased with them. We won't go anywhere else for our appliance needs.

Within 60 day of delivery we began having problems with the Electrolux refrigerator which required service calls and replacement of the icemaker and control panel. The problems kept happening over the course of the next 10 months requiring 5 seperate service calls (Hamilton's uses A and F Service Central). Each time A and F replaced the ice maker with a new one. After we called for the 6 time A and F stopped returning our calls. We then went back to Hamilton's and they let us know that since we had experienced so many problems, Electrolux would replace the entire appliance. Because we weren't confident in Electrolux, we asked if we could use the credit for another brand. Hamilton's was very accommodating, offering to order us anything we wanted from their selection of brands. When we couldn't find an option with the features we were looking for, they ultimately gave us a full refund. Winn, the sales associate that we dealt with, said they will do whatever it takes to ensure happy customers. We will shop at Hamilton's again and have reccomended them to friends and co-workers.

The sales people were willing to show us and explain each different model in different price ranges. They were not pushy at all. Delivery was on time and installation went well.

After comparing prices against another company's blow out sales prices, Hamilton's still won out. And compared to the environment Hamiltons is a much more personal experience. Ryan was great about keeping us up to date on prices changes and made sure we were able to get in on the lowest prices.
