We had a home inspection in June 2019 from Mark and let's just say a year later we are dealing with so many issues on the house including water intrusion and many previous items not to code. DON'T waste your money as he failed to provide details on our negative slopping patio and siding that touched concrete. Please use building consultants that might cost more but will save you from buying a lemon like we did.

Mark was professional and arrived on time. He walked me through the inspection and answered all my questions. It is obvious that he has a lot of experience with all aspects of home inspection as he was able to answer questions in great detail. At the end, he provided us with a detailed electronic version of the inspection report.
