Spencer and his partner were on time for the appointment. They were my first experience with using someone from Angie's List and our first quote for this job. My partner and I left work early to make the appointment time. When they left Thursday afternoon, they said I would have a quote by the end of the weekend. I texted the number he texted me from. I asked if they would be sending my quote. He replied with "I'm sorry, we are so busy. I think you should go with another company." Please, if the job is too big for you or you don't want to do it, just say so at the appointment-- Don't make people wait for five days and then have to ask for the quote, only to hear that for a response. I did have another company from Angie's recommendation come Saturday. He was professional and got me his quote in 48 hours (the time he promised).

It went great! Nathan quickly replaced the disposal and fixed the leak. He called to let me know when it was done.
