I got a number of bids for this job. I chose Eric because he was very responsive and willing to work with us. His communication was excellent. He and his crew worked efficiently to remove old fence and get the yard closed in again. I have a big yard with lots of new plants. They moved materials and equipment carefully without damaging my plants. We had an issue with some unsatisfactory pickets which he fixed willingly. The fence looks great. Gates are solid well-built. Thorough clean up too. Eric was very professional and helpful in this big project. I would hire him again and have already passed his name on to a number of friends.

When choosing a general contractor, we were looking for someone to complete multiple jobs in a timely manner, with a solid work history and good reviews. Erics Quality Building checked all our boxes. Eric provided a fair quote for both a concrete patio extension and a patio cover. Both of our projects were completed in a fast and efficient manner, with the quality of work and customer service provided being stellar. I will use Eric for future projects and I suggest you hire him for your next project big or small.

I initially hired Eric's Quality Building to replace my fence that was falling down. When I discovered that they also did siding, I asked for a quote to replace the rotting and cracked siding on my manufactured home. Eric gave me a more than fair deal on the entire project. For slightly more than what larger companies quoted to replace the siding only on the house (with vinyl), I ended up with a new cedar fence, all new fiber/cement siding (with fresh paint) on both the house and garage, all new windows on the house, all new gutters, new skirting, and new front door. Eric and his crew were friendly and respectful. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Eric kept me up-to-date on what was happening when, if they ran into any snags or surprises, and made sound recommendations. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my last minute request to add new windows. This was my first foray into the world of home improvement and I've heard/read horror stories of sleazy, underhanded contractors, so I was wary when I started this project. My experience was just the opposite. Eric is refreshingly honest and ethical. He takes pride in the quality of his company's work, and cares about the client's happiness with the finished product. The new fence is beautiful; the house looks fresh and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Eric's Quality Building for whatever home improvement project you may have.

Eric and crew are great and I would hire again without any hesitation! Very responsive to texts and emails, arrived promptly and did a thorough quality job.

He did so great. He built me a 15 x 8 shed. He is one in a million. He is always busy, but has time to talk about your project. He will do his best to give you an estimate, and fit you in ASAP. He manages his time well, and seems like hes being doing it forever. He is quite great with understanding, management, and overseeing everything on the job. If there is something that he has not done, he is open to learning it.
