He is professional, didn't waste time, gave me a written quote and stuck to it...I added a window inside and out at the shop, no worries he said, he would be happy to take care of it...his prices are very reasonable. Eric was prompt, both with his estimate and arriving for the job. He was clean, courteous, and extremely careful with the window cleaning. Glass, window tracks and screens were meticulously cleaned. He worked non stop. I would highly recommend and would definitely use his services again.
