Hans was very nice, and seemed extremely competent as a painter. However, his bid came in 50% higher than two competing bids from Angie's List recommended painters. In addition, it was over 3X the cost Hans himself charged a neighbor two houses away 8 years ago. No doubt costs change, but I don't think by that much. We did not choose him.
Description of Work: Hans came out to quote a whole-house interior paint walls & ceiling across 2000 sq ft. ($6500)

EXCELLENT, WORKMANLIKE ATTENTION TO QUALITY AND DETAIL, VERY CUSTOMER-ORIENTED. WAS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO SAVE US MONEY BY NOT PAINTING WHERE UNNEEDED, OR DOING CAREFUL COLOR MATCHING TO MAKE TOUCHUP SUFFICE INSTEAD OF PAINTING AN ENTIRE ROOM. HOUSE LOOKS ALMOST LIKE NEW. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: PAINTED MASTER SUITE; CEILINGS AND TRIM IN OTHER ROOMS.
