I love it- I have had it since they put up their first satellite. I am one of the longest people in their system although I have changed services - the service that I get, but they have always been really good. I am billed through Frontier - I have trouble with Frontier because they screw up my bill a lot and then I call them and they straighten it out but it drives me crazy. I have probably gotten to them every three months or more. I like Dish but I don't like Frontier but I have no choice. I think they have tried to improve their service but I still call them about once every three months to straighten out the bill problem. I love their price- they have worked on me because I was going to get rid of them altogether. The quality is very good. At one point a tree had grown over my signal, and they picked it up before I did-which I was very impressed by. I don't have any problem with their responsiveness- if I need Dish help they show up when they say they are going to show up, it is within a day or two.
