+ -1 moreThis is the second inspection for which I have hired Mr. Katen. Excellent from start to finish in every detail. He is punctual and efficient, and extremely comprehensive in reviewing the entire house and systems in the house. An excellent report was provided almost immediately, and was extremely helpful to the purchase process. I still use that report to this day in helping on update decisions to the house.
Description of Work: A comprehensive pre-purchase residential inspection.

+ -1 moreJim was great he was on time. He inspects the outside first and then writes up his findings. Then he goes through each type of room in the house such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, other rooms, crawl space, etc. after each section he stop and writes the reports. Jim is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house. He is very professional and will explain all his findings. He knows old house details and I highly recommend him if you purchase an old home.

+ -1 moreTHE GUY WAS REALLY FRIENDLY. HE GOT US IN RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND HE FOUND LITTLE THINGS. HE NOTED EVERYTHING.
