+ -1 moreWe recently worked with Aqua Sonic to clean the Hunter Douglas Silhouette blind in our den, which we are in the midst of remodeling. The blind was badly stained, probably from an old window leak. Kari and Lee were great to work with. They were immediately responsive to our request for a quote and were flexible in terms of scheduling a time to pick up and deliver our blind. (We both work full-time, but different schedules.) And, most important, the blind now looks like new. We have recommended them to the rest of the homeowners in our HOA and will definitely use them in future.

+ 1 moreLee gave me an estimate over the telephone,which turned out to be accurate, for repairing the blinds, almost all of which needed minor repairs and at least one major repairs. The problem on all was worn out or broken strings. The estimate for cleaning the blinds and washing the windows on our two story house was also accurate to what was charged. Lee and his wife Kari arrived within a half hour of when they said they would and worked until the early evening to complete the jobs. When they left, all the blinds worked and looked like new and the windows absolutely shine. Lee and Kari are very personable, yet very professional. I enjoyed having them in our home and appreciate the good job they did. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to my neighbors.

+ 2 moreEvery contact with Eric is pleasant and professional. He answers questions clearly so that I am able to take notes and make calculations on what the job will cost. He sticks with the prices he states at the outset. He is punctual, professional, personable.
Description of Work: Eric cleaned our windows for $3.00 per pane, per side for a total of $104.40, (including a 10% senior discount). His service went above and beyond our expectations in that he cleaned one window which had not been included in the job description. Another job consisted of cleaning mini-blinds throughout the house at the rate of, first seven blinds for minimum of $99, and $16 for each additional blind. We paid a total of $120.60, (including a 10% senior discount). Again, his service went above and beyond our expectations in that he made a small repair to one of our blinds. This job required him to pick up the blinds in the morning and return to re-install them later in the day. He was punctual and completed his work with minimal disruption of the furnishings near the windows. Another job consisted of applying a soap powder to the roof and cleaning the gutters. He also did some pruning of a dogwood tree which had over-arched the roof. I (Dee) teamed up with Eric a little to keep him supplied with the soap powder and to decide what to prune off the dogwood. Our team-work went very fine. He worked on this job between three to four hours. We paid a total of $100.

Description of Work: Eric came to the house and took down all the blinds in most of my house and took them to his place of business and professionally cleaned them to perfection!! Upon returning them and reinstalling all of them the next day, he took great care in making sure everything was perfect. The blinds all look like new!! I would highly recommend Eric to anyone --he's the perfect example of how you should run a business!!

+ -1 moreThe Mini-blinds in our home were in need of cleaning and although not and quot;filthyand quot; by any means, they were in real need of some and quot;freshening upand quot;. We contacted Eric from AquaSonic and he provided us with a quote over the phone and informed us he could do the job most any time and to just let him know if we were interested. We called him the next day and asked him to come out and remove the blinds. He said he would only need the blinds for a little over a day and could re-install them the next afternoon. Eric showed up right on time to remove all the blinds and returned the next afternoon to re-install them. The blinds looked like new again and with no effort or inconvenience on our part. Eric did a GREAT job and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing blind cleaning, or any of the other services he provides. I know AquaSonic will be the first one we call in the future, should we again need any of the services they provide. On time, on budget and a great guy to boot!.........how can you go wrong? Keep up the good work Eric!

+ -1 moreWe had not had our faux wood blinds cleaned since moving in in 2001. We like to leave the windows open as much as possible, so there was a lot of dust that had accumulated. We had our home remodeled over the winter of 2010 which made it worse. Aquasonic came to our home, took down the blinds, cleaned them to like-new condition and then reinstalled them. We could not have been happier. It was worth every penny spent! Service was professional, timely and better than we expected. The owner told us in the warmer weather, he can actually clean the blinds on sight with his truck mounted equipment, but because of the colder weather, he took them to his shop to make sure they were completely dry before they were re-installed.

When he returned, he hung them and even offered to fix one of my broken blinds free of charge if I could locate the appropriate part. The blinds look great and are VERY clean. + 0 moreOverall service was WONDERFUL ! I found him on Angie's List. Eric was wonderful ! He repaired a Hunter Douglas shade that had been broken for over a year. The shade string was broken so we could not draw the shade. It always remained in the down position. The issue was we could not bring the shade in to be serviced since it was a black out shade to our main bedroom, we needed it. Eric came out the next day and repaired it. The whole service was great because when I spoke to him on the phone and described it he narrowed down what he needed for the service call and then I emailed him pictures and this allowed him to bring the correct parts. He was very detailed and made sure it worked and took me through some details about the shade that I didn't even know when the shade was installed. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreI was unable to get the blind down and take it to his shop myself. He was more than willing to come over the next day, a Saturday, and take it to his shop without charge. He replaced the blinds cord at a reasonable cost and I couldn't be happier. It works perfectly and now my blind looks new even though it is 21 years old. He also lubed up the twirl wand on the blind and it turns so easily now. I didn't know it capable of working so well; it turns like butter now. Eric just did a great job and I will definitely use him in the future.

+ -1 moreEric arrived on time, removed my wood blinds (took about 15 minutes) and took them to his location. He could have cleaned them on site, but my street has too much of a slope. I arrived home at our pre-arranged time to find him waiting; he had already stacked my blinds by my front door whereupon he returned the clean (wonderfully clean) blinds to their appropriate windows - again in about 15 minutes. I found Eric to be punctual, pleasant and knowledgeable. What else could anyone want? I was very impressed and have already recommended him to many of my friends and co-workers.

They were quite a mess--in place since before we moved into the house (previous owner purchase) 10 yrs ago and only lightly vacuumed in the past.
