+ -1 more.They removed all old existing roofing materials from house and studio and re-roofed all with upgraded materials. Replaced a few sheets of roof deck due to rot, put down new 30lb felt paper, flashings, replaced old vents with new Vented Ridge System and installed new 40 yr architectural roof. They were professional and got the job done in good time. Cleaned up each day and hauled away the old materials.We had a few tricky areas (peaks and eyebrow over vaulted dining area) and Aaron and his crew took time to make it look good. We are very happy with the results. Let the rains come.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with their service, from the bid, through to the finished roof. Sahnow Contracting provides high quality workmanship. Description of Work: We hired Sahnow Contracting to remove an existing metal roof and replace it with a new "standing-seam" metal roof. The work included removing an existing brick chimney and accomplishing some minor carpentry (repairs to the underlayment). The project estimate included all materials and labor. During the course of the work, a vendor (not Sahnow Contracting) failed to provide materials as previously arranged. Sahnow Contracting located and qualified a replacement vendor in an amazingly short period of time. Although the replacement materials cost slightly more, Sahnow Contracting did NOT seek a corresponding price increase from us.

Performed work sooner than expected, and completed within timeframes promised. Crew was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable, and respected our existing landscaping during the process.
