He would only pursue what was recommended by the manufacturer and seemed irritated when I asked him to check the electronic board and/or key pad for the micro/oven combo. He seemed to be in a hurry to just close the book and collect his fee with little to no discussion. The item was not fixed.

The service technician quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He returned in a couple of days and completed the repair. This was a very good experience all around.

They also asked if it was an emergancy ready to provide a quick temporary solution for our food. Fortunately the weather was cool and our BBQ filled this role.

They have been very courteous and timely. They are very pleasant to deal with. I would use them in the future.

I was helped by Becky when I went to Van D*** Appliances to purchase a new dishwasher. She showed me several models, noting the pros and cons of each. When I asked her which model she recommended, she could have told me to buy one of the expensive models but, instead, she told me the cheaper one was "twice the workhorse" as the high-end models. I bought it and absolutely love it! This store is owned by local, honest people and I have always been very pleased with my purchases. I highly recommend them to others!

They came out and fixed it. The price was fair. No problems.

The repairman came early and fixed the problem without any extra parts and recommended that we repair/replace the front buttons which he could do without an extra service charge even though he would have to come back another time with the parts. He was very polite with my little ones looking over his shoulder. The entire experience from making the appointment to having the work done was way better than expected.

Very professional phone call, prompt appointment within two days. When they came out for the repair, the service man did not have the correct part and had to order it which took a few additional days. But he was very nice. Part arrived exactly on time and was installed the day they said it would be. Fridge is working great. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The repairman replaced the water valve. In the process he accidentally knocked off the accent tile trim on the countertop edge when pulling out the dishwasher for repair, but we were so happy to find a repairman, I re-glued the tile myself.
