+ -1 moreIt went exceedingly well except that they under-estimated how long the project would take during the manufacturing process. We placed the order in late August and we were told that our doors would be finished and ready for installation in 6-8 weeks. It actually took 14 weeks. The installation were well, but they ordered decorative hinges for us that were too wide despite us having asked for the specifics regarding what space was available for the hinges. As a result, we had to wait for smaller sets of hinges to be ordered.
Description of Work: We have 3 custom-made, carriage house styled, garage doors made and we are extremely please with the end result. They were very cordial and helpful as we went through the process of choosing the style, stain and accessories. At every step, they were responsive to our questions and we found that it was easiest to correspond via e-mail rather than call. They also sold us new garage openers and we are happy with those as well.
