Description of Work: Asked for a pest inspection. They responded promptly and gave a thorough inspection with lots of information on any areas of concern and suggested course of action.

+ 0 moreThey were very knowledgeable and very thorough. They took time to give us lots of advice and tell us what we could do ourselves to prevent the critters from actually getting in. They took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and they didn't rush us. The price was excellent.

+ -1 moreWe purchased our home in June 2010. The previous owner had an issue with termites, and Permagon had treated the home for termites in April 2010. Unfortunately, Permagon had asked the previous owner to move a disfunctional water heater in the garage so that a hole could be drilled for pesticide where the water heater sat, but the previous owner declined to move the water heater. Thus, in August 2010, the termites were back. We had the paperwork from Permagon, so we called to see if there was anything they could do. Ted, the owner, came out and tried to get pesticide into the corner where we, unwittingly, had also placed a water heater. We offered to move the water heater, but Ted realized the expense involved, so he tried to work around it. Because he was trying to save us the cost of moving the water heater, Ted had to come back again in September, and now the termites are gone. Amazingly, from my perspective, Permagon honored the warranty given to the previous owner, even though it was likely the previous owner's fault (because he did not move the water heater as requested) that the termites persisted. Permagon did not charge us anything for the two retreatments -- it was very clear that Ted took pride in his work and was determined to rid our house of termites.
Description of Work: Follow-up on termite treatment done before we purchased our home in June 2010.

+ -1 moreThey have been doing it for a long time and they are very knowledgeable and responsive. They will give you information over the phone for anything that you could try to do yourself, before they come out. The pricing is about normal for the industry.
