With our countertop installation, Trino was the plumber associated with Crowley's. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. He explained things to me. Tested everything he installed. I will certainly use him for any plumbing needs we have in the future. I recommend him wholeheartedly. I didn't include a cost because it was included with our countertop installation. Other countertop companies wanted $1,000 for plumbing services, so it might be around that amount.

I could not have been more impressed with Trino. Trino returned our phone calls promptly; arrived when he said he would; did the work quickly and cleanly; charged a very reasonable fee. He gave us good advice about our installation, when he had no direct interest in the parts of the work he advised us about. Most of all, Trino saved us from a potentially disastrous outcome stemming from shoddy work done by the tile installation contractor. When he inspected the drain at the end of the installation, he found that the floor pan had been installed too high, leaving the drain below the level of the tile. The tile guy had tried to cover this up by putting in two black rubber gaskets between the drain and the drain cover. Trino found them, said they were unacceptable and not hot-water rated in any case and advised us about what the tile man needed to do to complete the job correctly. (Trino also pointed out a few other sloppy errors.) The tile man is now correcting those errors.
