septic tank
+ -1 moreJoe and his son and the crew did a great job. The job had a lot of detail and restrictions due to the nature and size of our property. They were on time, and on budget. There was a lot of excavation required around our home, and everything was cleaned up and left in good shape after the job was done. I would hire Joe and crew again.
Description of Work: Septic tank replacement and new drain field. The drain field is above the house so a pump was required to move the effluence to the drain field.

+ 0 moreJoe and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, and addressed every detail. They were very careful to minimize disruption to the existing yard. The project could not have gone smoother.
Description of Work: To access the tank area a 25 foot maple tree with an enormous root ball was carefully removed with no damage to nearby concrete driveway. The failed steel septic tank was then removed and replaced with concrete tank.

+ 0 moreThe team was outstanding! Better than on time--early. Extremely competent, efficient, and professional. The old steel tank was out very quickly and the hole dug for the new tank. Much care and attention to detail was taken setting the new tank precisely. They were careful to disturb the surrounding area as little as possible. I can't say enough good about Bell Construction and the job they did. Truly outstanding.

Description of Work: Bell Construction did a septic tank replacement. It went very well -- Joe and Teresa Bell are a pleasure to do business with. They did what they said they would do, and in this day and age that is a good deal. Passed a Washington County inspection with flying colors !
