My brother is only 21 and just got married he was very interested in a Fannie Mae home but needed to see inside and get an honest opinion on whether or not it was a good buy. My brother didn't have any luck in getting a showing, in fact several realtors from other companies did not even call him back. I went to Tim knowing he would help him. Tim dropped what he was doing and said he would show him the house right away. It didn't end up being the right fit in the end (thanks to Tim's honest advice) the house had far to much damage. I was very impressed that Tim was very busy that day and knew my brother was working with a small budget, but Tim just genuinely loves to help people. My brother is still looking for a home and will never go to another realtor, and neither will anyone else in our family.
