+ 6 moreHis work is outstanding. He is very reasonable. I am happy with everything that he has done. The work is high quality. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very good at what he does! He is very honest and I completely trust him to be in and around my house.
Description of Work: He is a one man operation. He does everything. He replaced support beams, he moved a built in, built a cupboard, tiled the bathroom, completely replaced a circuit breaker box, built a porch awning front and back, fixed our deck and rebuilt the staircase to the deck.

+ -1 moreI live in an area where it is notoriously difficult to get someone to actually show up for work. I had tried 6 other handymen closer to my home and either got no response to message left, or no option to leave a message! I found Mr. Christian on Angie's List and got an answer back from him on the first try! He showed up just as promised and has now done work for me on 3 separate occasions. I am so pleased with his work that I have already scheduled 3 larger projects for this summer when the weather is good.
Description of Work: Mr. Christian completed a lengthy list of repairs/installations: light fixtures, wall repair, bathroom fixtures, curtain rods, sticky doors, missing hardware etc. He is very reliable and does excellent work. He charges by the hour and gets an amazing amount of work done in a short time - very reasonable total cost for all the work he did.

He's just a great 'go-to' worker who is over-qualified for most jobs we ask of him and completes them skillfully and efficiently. We have always been very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: "Tex" has done many upgrades for us during the past 8 years: installing tile in entry and fireplace surround, bathrooms (tile floors, back-splashes, shower walls and pebbles on shower floor, removing top half of a bathroom wall); kitchen back-splash; laying hardwood floating floor throughout most of the house; caulking/sealing around exterior (windows, etc.); re-routing dryer vent; repairing roof vents; squirrel-proofing our garage.

Robert Christian Construction offers the following services: I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades, but a master of one. I did my first tile job in 1976, and have been in the construction trade ever since. I pride myself in building water-tight tile(or marble, granite,etc.) showers of custom design, as well as countertops, vanities, floors, fireplace hearth and surrounds,or what have you. I will also do odd-job handyman work as well as remodeling, build decks, wood fences,and small out-buildings. Need something done? Give me a call!
