+ -1 moreToo soon to say. We are going to use the quarterly service until we are confident that the pests are eliminated. I appreciate that they didn't push the annual service. They said we could pay for a one time treatment or use the quarterly service. Mat was very knowledgeable about pests and products used to control them.
Description of Work: Identified moisture ants as problem and solution to eliminate pest. We have had reproductive swarms for several years. Mat quickly identified problem. The ants are under a slab so it may be more difficult to eliminate. He set out bait for the workers on the first visit. He came back later to spray the foundation.

+ -1 moreI HAD A CARPENTER ANT PROBLEM WITH THE CRITTERS BORIN OUT MY OPEN BEAM CEILING AND NESTING IN MY ATTIC AFTER SEVERAL ESTIMATES PEST TECH CAME THROUGH WITH A SPECIFIC TREATMENT FOR THE PROBLEM AND A SEASONAL FOLLOW UP. NO MORE ANTS THAT WAS 6 YEARS AGO.
