Description of Work: I have used several contractors in Florence and the best one is Jason Lockler Construction in my opinion. They are honest, fast, reliable and all with quality workmanship. I have used them for my personal home, rental homes and new construction.

+ -1 moreHouse is a rental and tenant was a relative who let the property go.They failed in inform me of leaks until the damage was severe..both inside and out. Mr. Lochler helped with timely bid and photos of damage both inside and out. He managed to replace roof under difficult circumstances without further infuriating tenant who was served with eviction papers even before Jason could begin his work. Kudos to him for managing that. Jason kept me informed of weather conditions and had spread plastic to protect from further damage until the work could be done. As soon as there was a breakin the weather, Jason and his crew got to work to strip the old roof and get a new one on. They were done in three days time. NowI can breathe a sigh of relief and comfortably say, "Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain.; jOB WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMLEY MANNER AND WITHIN THE BID. Note: Work was performed at 5464 Brownings CornerS Rd., in Florence, OR 97439
Description of Work: Strip old roof completely. Replace rotted sheeting. Rip out damaged skylight and replace with new skylight. Apply new tar paper. Apply new high grade shingles. All flashing inspected and/or replced. Haul off all trash and sweep yard & driveway w/magnet to remove all nails. Provided complete photo documentation as requested.
