Things went just as I expected them too. Showed up when he said he would and accomplished the work in the time frame he said he would. Cleaned the siding on my 2 story home quickly and efficiently. I have used this company 3 times and wont hesitate to use them again. Quick, clean and always have the results I expect! 1st time he power washed the exterior, and did moss removal and treatment of the roof. 2nd time was treatment of the roof moss a year later, not that any moss had grown back, but I didn't want to see take any chances, it has been 2 years since that treatment and i'm still moss free! 3rd time was the exterior wash, which needs to be done yearly because of the location of my house, it doesn't see much sun so moss/mildew is always a problem. Chaba takes care of all the issues our wonderful Oregon weather puts on my home! I will continue to use him in the future!

It went very well. Chaba is cheerful and professional. He explained what he would do, and did it quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use their service for my roof.

It was fine. He came on time.It's fine. I don't have any complaints. There were no additional charges. He followed through on what he was supposed to do. The quality is fine. It's hard for me to judge if the moss is going to come back or not. I might use him in the future. I'm going to see how this works out. If it does keep the moss off, next year I might.

It went very well. although we were not home to view the work done, when we returned from our trip everything had been done, and the grounds were clean and free of debris. There was a mix up about one of the items to be accomplished, and when I called, that issue was resolved promptly and professionally in a pleasant manner. I would absolutely recommend this company and there services to anyone. I will definitely use them again.

He arrived on time. We discussed the roof a bit, then he went right to work cleaning out the gutters. He did a great job and also swept some needles off of the roof. I asked for an estimate on moss removal - but have not received that yet.

They replied that they were not going to do moss removal, but the deal was only to spray it and then after 2-3 weeks, after the moss had dried up, they would give me an estimate for how much more it would be to return and remove it. I must not have read all the information in the big deal ad,so it is my fault not theirs.

I have used this firm before for other cleaning jobs and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Chaba arrived on time and was VERY professional and friendly. I wish more contractors were like him. He did a great job cleaning my gutters and even gave me some recommendations for my roof and gutters. When he was done he hauled away all of the debris so I didn't have to worry about it. Virtue-Roof moss removal arrived on time. The gentleman who performed the work was VERY professional in every way a contractor should be. He cleaned the gutters, insured the down spouts were clear and working properly and cleaned up afterwords. He cleaned up after he was done, addressed a concern about one of the gutters that turned out to be nothing at all. He communicated in a very professional manner. My communications with the office staff when I called regarding schediling and arrival time were friendly and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will be contacting them in the fall as well. I had called the roofing company to learn the best way to get rid of moss. They gave me a home-made solution and the. Told me not to let anyone pressure was the roof. I checked this company's website and they said the same thing. That' sway I bought the big deal they offered. They were booked for a while but would get to me as soon as possible. I was not home at the time. The moss began turning brown within two weeks. My contact with the company on the phone was polite and professional. I will use them again.

I had been told that he would arrive in the morning. I hadn't heard anything by 12:30, so I called the office. They were quick to check on the status of the worker's arrival...he had arrived by about 1:15. He was very courteous. He hauled away the stuff that he removed. He suggested that I get my roof serviced for moss removal during the spring or summer. I appreciated that suggestion, and will call them in a few months to remove the moss from my roof.

All moss was removed and roof was treated to prevent future moss growth.

I wasn’t there when they did the work, but it turned out okay. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

They responded in a timely manner to communication about scheduling. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They set up and cleaned the gutters in an efficient manner and left no trace that they had even been here, other than clean, non-dripping gutters. It was a pleasant experience and I would use them again.

He came out yesterday to look at our house. The coverage of our house was more than his insurance policy will allow him to do. The policy he has doens't allow him to go above 2 floors. Our house is 2 stories, but the basement from the backside makes it look like it is 3 stories - the front side looks like 2 stories. Even though he couldn't do the work, he was great to deal with. I am getting another company through Angie's List to do the work.

The service was on time, employee (Chava) was very professional and explained service to be provided. Cleaning was quick and thorough. Clean-up was excellent. Debris was bagged and hauled away.

Chaba took time to explain everything he was going to do and did not try to push other services. Provided the moss treatment also gave me a lead on a roofer who is also an Angie's list service provider. I thanked him for his service and contacted the roofer for an estimate.

Very happy with the work performed and would definitely use them again. He pointed out a troublesome area that will easily clog in the future and gave me some simple tips on how to keep it clear. Excellent service, on time and there was minimal mess afterwards. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I was a little late in taking advantage of the special offer on roof moss treatment, but the company offered to extend the special price anyway. Chava was the person who arrived to do the work and was very pleasant; he even arrived a little early, and explained what he was going to do. When asked if he would clean our roof gutters, he agreed. The additional cost was very competitive. He also treated the outbuilding roofs at no additional cost. We will definitely use this company again.

Completed the work very quickly. Our last roof treatment lasted 3 years; we hope this treatment does as well, but will be completely satisfied if it lasts 2 years.
