Description of Work: The serviceman applied moss killer to the roof of our home and garage. Within three weeks the moss was dead. I did not realize that another visit will be needed to remove the dead moss from the roof.

Description of Work: I had some moss run off and minor moss on my roof. I purchased this service for moss removal. On the first visit on at the end of February I noticed that a few weeks later the moss was still there. I contacted virtue and inquired and they were able to send someone out again to redo it. After the second service, the moss runoff was gone. They were very professional and quick to respond and address any issues.

Description of Work: Ok. However I had just had my windows washed and did not realize some of the windows would get dripped on . It would be nice if they came back in a month and brushed the dead stuff away

Description of Work: They cleaned 175 gal. of moss off of our roof and garden shed, and cleaned our gutters. They also put a copper chemical on the roof to prevent more moss build-up. Everything was great, but I wish they had called ahead to let us know they were coming- we were on a camping trip when they first arrived.

Description of Work: They sprayed the roof to kill the moss. That part went well but the service did not include cleaning off the moss after it died. They said we could get up on the roof a use a broom to clean off the moss which is the worst part of the job. I felt this was too expensive for a 20 min. job.

Description of Work: Big Deal roof spray. I didn't realize the limitations of the Big Deal. In the future I think I'll go back to using the company I used before (not on Angie's List) because they charged more but did a lot more for the price. Virtue Pro probably does a lot more under their regular price, not Big Deal, so it really was my fault.

Description of Work: Killed moss on roof. Moss died off about 3-4 weeks later. The price did not include scraping off the dead moss, but they offered to come back and do it. I'll save some $$ and do it myself

Description of Work: Scheduling was easy and the tech was very professional. He even took a video of my roof so I could see trouble spots. The reason I am giving a C rating is because I didn't realize that they only sprayed the moss with a moss killer product but did not actually remove it. In order to have it actually swept and removed would have been additional cost which was more than double maybe even triple what I paid initially. This was a huge disappointment. I assume the service description was in the fine print but when someone advertises a service as moss removal I assume that means they actually remove the moss. Not just spray it. I think the title is misleading and would not have purchased the service if I had realized that they just sprayed.
