Description of Work: This is my second review. Unfortunately we made the first review before discovering all of the moss remover chemical on our windows, house, garage and shed. I called the company and they said that someone will come out to remove chemical .

Description of Work: I hired Virtue to remove the moss from my roof, clean the gutters and spray moss control. They came out spent most of the day on the roof hand brushing the moss, then used a blower to blow it off and applied the spray. The roof is about 15 + years old and is an "architectural" type not just one color. I was always worried about discoloring the roof if someone didn't know what they were doing...but it looks absolutely new again. They also cleaned up the moss they'd blown off. Please use these guys if you need your roof cleaned!

Description of Work: They did a very thorough and clean job. Carried off all of the debris and used a bucket for each gutter rather that simply tossing it down.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. Chaba responded very quickly following my purchase to schedule the roof moss treatment. He arrived a few minutes early the day of the appointment. After looking at my roof, he explained that due to the amount of moss buildup (it had not been treated in many years), the initial treatment would only slow down the moss growth, and that in a few months, when the weather is dryer, he recommends that the moss be removed by hand brushing, and application of zinc sulfate to kill remaining spores and residuals. Two weeks from that treatment, the roof will be moss free. Annual treatments are recommended in this climate. I plan to schedule to have this treatment done in dryer weather, as recommended. | |Chaba went above and beyond, and at no additional charge, cleaned a section of clogged gutter, also trimming climbing vines that had grown into the gutter. I am very happy with the service, courtesy and professionalism, and will recommend this company to my friends.

Description of Work: Quite honestly, I wasn't able to be at the site when the work was done. However, when I looked over the scene later, it seemed to have been done in a satisfactory manner. On phone communication was good.
