 + -1 moreWHEN WE FIRST DISCUSSED THE PROJECT IN MID APRIL 2005, HE WAS NOT YET LICENSED AND BONDED. HE SAID HE WAS WORKING ON IT AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE COMPLETE IN A FEW WEEKS. HE SEEMED TO BE THE MAN WHO COULD DO ALL I WANTED DONE AND SO I TOLD HIM I'D WAIT UNTIL HE WAS LICENSED AND BONDED. HE CAME BY WITH SOME SAMPLES AND WE DISCUSSED FURTHER AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING EVERYTHING DONE THAT THE CONTRACTOR'S BOARD REQUIRED. TOLD HIM I COULD WAIT A BIT. SEVERAL WEEKS AGO I CHECKED AND SAW THAT HE IS NOW LICENSED AND BONDED. I BEGAN CALLING HIM AT THE TWO NUMBERS I HAD FOR HIM. I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS, ONE TIME LEAVING A MESSAGE WITH HIS WIFE, AND HE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I'M DISAPPOINTED IN HIM AND GUESS I'M LUCKY I NEVER HAD HIM START THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: HE WAS TO MOVE A SMALL GARDEN SHED, TAKE DOWN A PIECE OF CHAIN LINK FENCE, INSTALL NEW WOOD FENCE WITH BENCH, ARBOR, AND PLANTING BOX.
