Description of Work: I ordered a drop box and they were so helpful. I had never done this before, and they made it so easy. I was able to call when I was done with it and they picked it up the same day. The cost was just what they told me. No surprises, great service.

Description of Work: They were very helpful on the phone explaining the prices and terms. Delivery was right on time with a call ahead to make sure I was at the site. Box location was tricky regarding angles and grades but the delivery guy was spot on. Pick up also on time. Pricing was simple compared to other drop box services and billing was just as described. All in all excellent service. Will use again.

 + -1 moreCalled on monday at 8 am and a 30 cubic yard drop box was at my house by noon the same day! The driver was very skilled and was able to get the dumpster onto my driveway, which is on a fairly steep incline. They removed the box as scheduled and did not damage my driveway on their way out. I recommended them to a friend who will be using them for tearing down a garage. I was very pleased with their ability to deliver 4 hours after I called, and was amazed at the skill and care the driver took when loading and unloading the box.
Description of Work: Delivery and pick up of a 30 cubic yard dumpster. I was to have the box for two days.

They normally leave a box for two days, but our project was going to be longer, so we paid $10/day for the extra days. They delivered on time, picked up on time, and were a pleasure to work with. We have another project coming up in a month and will definitely use them.

Description of Work: I ordered a 10 yard drop box for the dirt and rock that I had to dig out of my backyard to install a patio. The dumpster was dropped of early Friday morning and picked up on Monday, no problems. I was quoted $175 when I ordered it and received a call a few hours later saying that they had raised their prices that week. They were nice enough to honor the old price. Great customer service!

 + -1 moreThe dumpster arrived on time and when I requested it. And they were very good about picking it up when I requested the pickup.
Description of Work: I ended up using Flannery's twice in a week to haul out the old lathes and plaster from the demolition of my second floor and then again later for my roof tear off. The starting price was $195 for a 10 yard drop box. The overage was per ton and I did end up being over because the weight of the plaster tends to add up quickly. They ended up being priced better than the other services. Overall getting the drop box twice and being over on weight I spent $578 which was much less expensive than any of the other services would have been.

 + -1 moreWe got the drop box at 8 AM on a Friday morning. We filled it up and they picked it up right about 8 AM again Monday. Very polite, professional and reasonably priced for the size drop box we wanted. When I called, I had already looked everything up on the Web, so I was able to order exactly what I wanted. The person I spoke with was polite, professional and informative. Great experience. I paid the sum by credit card prior to the delivery. There was no problem.
Description of Work: We ordered a 10 yard Drop Box: Includes first 2000 lbs of weight- General Debris Rates. Multnomah County = $195.00. They have a great chart on their web site that explains what is acceptable, as well as what is not. Very concise.

 + -1 moreAfter checking with other companies, this company had more choices with the size of the boxes. It was dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday promptly. I was very pleased with their service. No fuss. We filled it to the brim. There is a weight limit of 1 ton, we did not hear back from them so we must have not gone over.
