Aqua Gutter was very helpful and willing to check out the problem. That is when we found that it was not a gutter separation but rather the fascia board was pulling away from the roof.

Saw high rating on Angie's List and read many A reviews and recommendations for Aqua Gutters. Called on 10-15-15, Lorenzo answered phone, I told him I needed new gutters/downspouts on entire house. He said he'd come bid the project and we scheduled an appointment for 10-20-15 at 5:30pm. I gave him my name, address and telephone number. I left work early to meet him - I got home at 5pm and he never showed up, nor did he call. Don't know why I got the brush-off but will continue looking for a REAL professional to do the work. I'm a motivated customer with cash in hand ready to get the job done.

I called Aqua Gutter Service on Friday afternoon about this gutter issue-I had over the course of a few days previously contacted other services but none did repairs or were too far away- I spoke with Lorenzo who said he could come over that same evening between 6-7:00. I offered to make this appointment for Monday but Lorenzo said no problem, he could come that same day-He was a bit late- he called about 7:30 and said he was hung up on a repair- again I offered Monday but he said he was just 15 minutes away-and he was at my house in about 15 minutes. He looked at the portion that was dripping and said he could do it right then- it was getting dark and I said next week would be OK, again he said he had the parts in his truck and could do it- I asked him about cost and he offered this repair to me at half his usual cost because as he said - he was so late. I thought the cost was entirely reasonable and so Lorenzo got right to work and made the repairs which involved climbing up to the second story of my house to disassemble the drainpipe, remove the broken piece, fabricate a new elbow-type portion to replace the leaky one, install it and test it with my garden hose. The work was perfect and I was very pleased. I feel he went over and above to do this repair. He was professional, clearly knew what he was doing and the leak and its annoying 'bong' sound as it hit the drainpipe below it is gone.

Lorenzo was great. He came by after working hours to review the project, gave me a reasonable, but not cheap, price, showed me the materials he would be using, and said he would get back to me about schedule, but it may be a few weeks before he could get to it. He asked me leave an extension cord out for power i case he got to the job soonr. I called him the next week to check about schedule. After reminding him about the job details, he said he would be there that same afternoon. I came home to great looking gutters and downspouts and an invoice. After our first rain this fall, I'll find out how they work, but so far so good.

Lorenzo was a very professional, detailed, and specific about his gutter replacement service. He arrived on time to the job site and finished earlier than he projected. The job site was as clean as it was when he arrived, maybe even cleaner. The old gutter system was removed and hauled away when the job was completed. The new gutters, downspouts, and covers installed and old removed for a total cost of $920.00. Compared to other gutter companies, I felt Lorenzo gave me a good service for a good price. I would and have recommended Aqua Gutters to my friends, family, and co-workers.

All went well at first and his price is fair and his response was quick. After the installation, I noticed one of the new gutter is leaking. Emailed Lorenzo Muñoz twice about the issue (with video clip to show where is the leak). It's been over two weeks now, the leak has not been fix. Mr. Lorenzo is fine at first, as soon as you paid him, he does not care and will not standby his work. Update (8/4): After the review in Angieslist and a complaint to BBB, Mr. Lorenzo came and fixed the leak. It is all good now. I loved the work I had some trouble with communication there was a language barrier.

Read the reviews and if after that you don't consult this company for your gutter needs, you really are doing yourself a disservice. We had all the gutters and downspouts replaced on our house. Lorenzo and his co-worker, Miguel, removed the old, fabricated the new gutter on sight, installed and cleaned all their work areas like they were never there, all in 4 hours while explaining and showing us the entire process. Both are very friendly, low pressure and I feel very honest individuals and more importantly they know what they're doing. To do the job perfectly, they modified some places on the gutter to compensate for problems our roofing company had caused. The outcome is beautiful and tight. against all the contact points. Lorenzo and his assistance replaced all the gutters on my home. They were on time, had all the necessary materials to complete the job. Explained what they would do and what products they use. They removed the old gutters and after the installation of new gutters they cleaned up all the mess and took it away. They were polite, cheerful ant easy to have around. I would use them again if needed.

Provider's service was very prompt; installation happened one day after I prepaid via an Angie's List provider coupon. Provider was professional and completed the job in a very timely manner and I'm pleased with the result.

I must have caught him at the right time because he gave me a quote on the phone, showed up 20 minutes later and got the job done - in the middle of a rain storm no less.

I called to request someone come out to look at my gutters. I have one downspout that isn't draining properly and one section of gutter that wasn't slanted to the downspout, so collects rainwater. Lorenzo answered and told me he'd be at my house at 7:30 the next morning. My schedule is such that I'm normally a late-riser, but I set my alarm and was up and waiting by 7:00 a.m. Not only did no one show up, I didn't receive a phone call to say they'd be late or to reschedule. Rather than creating such ill-will on Angie's List (I notice I'm not the only one who has had this experience), this company needs to be up front about its ability to respond to requests for service. I would have been okay with waiting a few days if it meant that it would actually happen. As it is, I have no faith in this company, and wouldn't use them at this point under any circumstances.

Some problems on pricing & timely scheduling. Otherwise work was completed and I was happy to have project completed.

My boyfriend had used them in the spring and was satisfied, so I thought I'd give them a try. After playing telephone tag Sept. 3, I talked to a man who said the cost would be $130 and they were booking a few weeks out and would contact me. He called back later that day and said he had driven by my house and the cost would be $140, and they could clean the gutters the next day. I told him the next day didn't work so he said they be at my house Sept. 20. I never heard from them and called Sept. 20 but the phone number had a full mailbox so I couldn't leave a message. No one called me back based on this missed call.

I felt that since I was a single old lady in an expensive neighborhood they were trying to take advantage.

He did a good job, and good work. My only complaint was the deal advertised a 6 inch gutter but he installed a 5 inch. When I asked him about it he said he didn't do 6 inch gutters. I am happy with the service. He was nice and polite and I would use them again if they did 6 inch gutters.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have them clean all of my gutters. The deal was not made very clear about what they were offering. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. Two people came out for the service and did a nice job. They were efficient workers and did exactly what I needed.

It went well. The fellow showed up on time. It didn’t take him very long. He cleaned the gutters. He asked me about buying new gutters but they had been installed about 3 years ago. He didn’t pressure me.

Aqua Gutter Service did a great job. We would have them back again.

I used a $99 Angie's List special for this service. When Lorenzo came by to inspect, he said it would cost $149 because my house has a steep roof and they would have to use ropes and special equipment. Well, my roof is not steep and when they did the work, no ropes or special equipment was used. It was just one guy who walked on the roof and removed the debris by hand. Thus the lower rating for cost. The work itself was fine. They come equipped in case repairs or replacements are needed, but he said my gutters were in good shape and did not need any repairs.
