An appointment was made for last Thursday at 6:00. I rushed home to be there. No one showed up or called. I guess they don't need the business,

The work was done and Lorenzo brought another man to work . They were done in about 2 hrs . Then the rains came in for the winter and I notice that my down spouts where still leaking at the top . I call Lorenzo and he said we are having bad rain this why it's leaking . Then I called again two months later and he said oh your gutters are dirty . Well how can that be you just cleaned them . Then I got a offer on my house and we had and inspection . The gutter came up on be repair list , that they needed repairs at the downs spouts , they are clean it said but the down spouts are in need of repair . Great !!! Since I paid Aqau gutters and they said they fixed them . I called Lorenzo again and I text him pictures , he said he was going to come and look at them and fix them . He never came back . I would have not hired this person if it wasn't for Angi's list . I'm very disappointed with the work .

They did a great job! Thorough, addressed the need and did not try to sell me anything more. They made an effort to solve my water issue quickly. I would definitely have them back.

I emailed the company via Angie's list and the next day he showed up to do the bid. Then scheduled the job for 4 days later. They showed up on time, finished the job in no time and the result looks great. I had heard horror stories from others about the difficulty for finding anyone to do roof and/or gutter repair after the storm so this experience was a pleasant surprise.

Great! Lorenzo was very helpful and solved the problem with a clever alternative.

Aqua Gutter Service had a scheduling conflict on the day our service was scheduled. They called and text me to let me know, and ask if they could come later than planned. I appreciated the communication. The work was completed and for the price that we were quoted over the phone. I will use them again.

Lorenzo went over and above to help me with the paint/gutter jobs. He removed my gutters before the painting (as requested by the painters) and installed my new gutters after the paint job was complete. He was on time, installed and cleaned up all under 3 hours. I'm waiting for our upcoming predicted 'rainstorm' to see how well the gutters and downspouts work under those conditions along with all the falling leaves, which is why I've left the quality rating blank. So far they've worked fine! I obtained several bids. Theirs was not the least expensive nor the most. Aqua Gutter Service was very easy to work with and I appreciate that!

Things went great. I had been waiting over a week for two other providers to get me a quote. Aqua was over the same day I called to review my property, give a quote, and schedule the work. A couple weeks later I had new gutters and downspouts with no fuss. They did a great job and were fast, punctual, and professional.

I set up an appointment with them twice. They never showed up and never calls to cancel our appointments. We decided not to give our business to them. Tks.

So far so good - the real test will be the first rain that we have to see whether or not the leveling was successful.

Lorenzo and his crew replaced our gutters. I got the standard 3 bids. Lorenzon bid was right in there with others. The thing I liked about Lorenzo was he provided samples and explained nicely what was needed. His gutters where made from heavier material and he used plenty of hangers These gutters are bulletproof. I went with the larger 6 in gutters and larger downspots, He provided clean outs on all my downspots. I had some dry rot on some of the fascia. Lorenso repaid and replaced some of areas that were not in the orginal bids at a very resonable price. They worked quickly and professionally. We problem solved a couple of spots and we worked together very easily. I highly recommend them to my friends and family..

They were excellent. The work was done quickly and professionally. They even fit us in within 48 hours because we had a leak in the basement from the gutters overflowing. I would use them again.

Lorenzo is very professional and did the work exactly as he promised, and very quickly. His materials were of high quality and I appreciate the convenient cleanouts he installed on our downspouts which prevent clogging of the connection to the storm drain. I would hired him again.

Super, super responsive. Called them last night. They were here first thing in the morning. Polite. The owner works and supervises and communicates along the way. Super professional. Completely knowledgeable about gutters and willing to work on heights, hills and with what was there.

tThey came out the same day I called and worked efficiently and with respect to our property. The 30 ft continuous gutter is under an awning and can be tricky in places. We had a couple of drips but they came back immediately and fixed the problem, taking time to explain the overall design of gutters and why they were difficult and how I might improve it next time a roofer is out. A great price and job!

We've had torrential downpours and flooding all over Portland the past two days. My gutters were out of control and when I called around, NO ONE could come out. That was until I called Aqua Gutters, who I was referred to by another Gutter company. Lorenzo and his partner came right out, climbed on the roof to access the problem and realized it was all just clogged gutters. They cleaned them out swiftly and were on their way.
