We have played phone tag and it’s in his court. Unfortunately when he returned my first call I wasn’t available. So far my second call has not been returned. Being a former small business owner I am aware of the challenges, But phone calls have to be retuned if you want the work.

The first round was phone tag. This company hasn’t bothered to returned my second call to them. I understand the challenges of small business owners as I used to be one, but if you don’t return calls you don’t get the work.

HE WAS AWESOME

After not hearing from the vendor for almost a week, we called and were told that he did not do hardwood flooring and that the project would be more than 4 hours. Both of those are acceptable answers. The fact that we had to call to find this out after buying the special offer online was disappointing. Maybe this guy does good work; we'll never know. This online form does not offer any option other than a letter grade, so it cannot reflect our overall evaluation of Incomplete. We have opted for C just to be fair. Certainly on responsiveness, the grade is F.

moving It was a very positive experience. After discussing the perimeters of the projects, the provider visited the job site to determine the materials needed. The provider then returned and completed the tasks we had discussed in less time than expected and asked what else did I need done.

I have contacted Mr Haley twice and he has been to my home twice. The first time he came out inspected the job and was to call with a quote. He never called back. I decided to give him one more chance before a negative review and he did the EXACT same thing. He wasted my time as well as his own and in effect delayed the work I really wanted completed. Could not recommend due to a lack of professionalism and/or organization.

Great job, would use again.

He responded to my call promptly. I had found out at the last minute I needed them and he worked me in right away. Did the job easily and quickly. Was polite and answered my questions about other things.

He did a good job.
