We did not select this company due to their inability to provide a timely estimate. The representative arrived timely to measure the windows. However, after not receiving the bid in a week and half, I had to call about its status. I was advised that I should have received it as it was mailed the day after the estimator was at our house. I was informed that the bid had been mailed to the post office box address we provided. The next day they called me back to tell me that the bid had been returned marked "address not valid." I asked if they had mailed it to the post office address and they said, "no." Again I asked that the bid be mailed to the post office address of which they advised they would do immediately. After not receiving the bid a few days later, I had to call again. Finally after 3 weeks, I received the bid and it contained 1 additional window that we did not have. When I called to ask about the "phantom extra window" I was not given an explanation for this.
