I believe this company is also called Alpine Pump. Shawn quoted about half the price of other local "big name" companies. Replaced my 50 yr old jetpump with a new submersible with 5 yr warranty. Arrived right on time and completed the work in 2 hours. Note that the larger companies wanted me to remove my wellhouse first, switch over from 115V to 220V (which would have cost thousands) AND wanted almost twice the money to replace the pump. SOOO glad I found Alpine. Shawn installed a 115V pump in 2 hours without removing the well house. Better Pressure and MUCH cheaper.

Shawn arrived quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my well pump. He had the right part for the repair in his truck and he had the pump fixed in no time, at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service, practical knowledge and speed of service.

Immediate response to our request for help. Had an easy solution for our hi iron content well water without breaking the bank. Our tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and we will use them again for regular service.

This company did a great job. They were polite, explained what they were going to do, did it in methodical way, explained it while they worked, and they worked is a safe way. As a matter of fact they were very safe of the work area and of themselves. We talked about possible alternatives to any problems they might encounter and offered suggestions on a scale related t price and value. I really like these guys. They worked fast and efficiently. If I ever need well work I would hire this company again. The owner is a veteran as well. I just had good vibes from the company and they came out quickly.

Misdiagnosed the problem.

Instead of having to wait for days or weeks for someone to look at our well system, they came out within that week. On time and very knowledgeable but I wish we could have checked out the WHOLE system for the money charged. Although, other places start charging per hour as soon as they leave the shop (they could take ghe long way), these guys had a starting fee which is much better. I would recommend them. Very professional.

Although the loss of water was a mystery as the pump self corrected. Love the service we received and the honesty. We will be using Alpine in the very near future to make some changes to our pump system.
