About us

I specialize in structural foundation repairs and replacements, not Band-Aids. Usually a foundation replacement is necessary when the existing unreinforced foundation is too weak due to lack of reinforcing steel. Poor soil conditions accelerate foundation failure. Without steel, concrete is very brittle and merely separates transferring the strain to the framing of the house, causing cracked walls, bowed floors, sticking doors or windows. All underlying causes of failure must be addressed to provide permanent results.
