Description of Work: We have extended contract with Universal Comfort. Called to set up inspection, and get filter replaced. They have answering service now. I called to set up apt. for covered inspection, part of optional extended service plan. Usually he uses his own cell and got back to us same day or next. Now I had to call 6 times. Each time receptionist didn't show up! So after 2 or 3 months calling and waiting for return or for him to come out for service, I called last Tuesday. Told the receptionist that "THIS IS THE 6 TH CALL and no one ever shows." she told me she would put it on an URGENT request. Also said he would be out the next day at noon. Well, I waited and waited the whole day. So I called after hours and actually talked to Sal. He asked if he could do it tomorrow (after all this time spent, finally got a hold of him and asks if I can wait another day. At this point I figured whats one more day. He did show up next day.

+ -1 moreThe service he provided was excellent. He was courteous, professional, and on time. It took a total of two days to complete the job. He was right on schedule. He stuck right to the quote he gave us. Everything is doing great. He guarantees all of his work. We are very happy with it. We would most definitely use him again. We have him scheduled to do a duct cleaning.
Description of Work: Universal Comfort Heating and Cooling repaired a heat pump in the garage.
