+ -1 moreHe knew I had to be done by 1:00 for a dentist appointment. It was his choice Monday at noon, he said it would only take 20 minutes at the most, he would be done in plenty of time, etc, etc. So I rearranged my entire schedule to meet him there Monday at 11:45 and by 12:30 he still wasn't there AND he had not called me. When I called he told me he was in an important meeting and could not get out of it. No apology from him, no apology from the controller, no apology from anyone in the company. Apparently they feel it is okay to miss appointments and they seem to take this as normal and not even a reason to even apologize? This makes no sense to me? Even if you don't need the business, even if you screwed up, the person who you left hanging for an hour who rearranged their schedule and waited at an empty house for an hour for you, that person deserves at the very minimum deserves an apology in my humble opinion?
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on a plumbing job. I don't live in the house and prefer afternoon appointments but their estimator could only meet me there Monday at Noon, he picked that time, it was not a good time for me but I made it work.

Description of Work: He stopped a leak in an outdoor faucet, then told me he would have to tear up my kitchen wall at the back of my cabinets for further repairs. He would not even look under the house to see whether he could access it that way. He wanted to look inside my house. I told him that that was not on my agenda for the day. He told me not to use the faucet. I wanted to use it, so I used it despite what he said. The faucet had been leaking, but now it has been working just fine and doesn't even seem to need further work.

Description of Work: I had a loose toilet that had to be secured. The plumber was great not only did he repair the toilet he noticed a problem with an outside hose bib a fixed it for free. I would have been willing to pay but he said " Don't give it another thought" All in all I will be using Twin Rivers as the need arises
