Turning Leaf Landscape Maintenance

I would not recommend Turning Leaf. They recently charged me for a service that they did not disclose in advance had an additional charge, then became angry and hostile when I refused to pay the full amount they demanded. Through the years, I had trouble getting them to come work at my place (repeated emails), then do the work I asked them to do in the priority I wanted (more emails). They caused some damage but I let it slide, now they are angry with me for not speaking up about it sooner. Very unprofessional. When they did do the work I wanted, some work was overdone and some underdone, but most was okay. For $100 per month, I'd find someone else easier to work with.

Aimee and her husband did an absolutely fabulous job on my absolute disaster of a yard! They showed up promptly as expected, and worked diligently all day long to put my long-neglected yard back together again. Even the afternoon rain shower didn't slow them down! The results were way above and beyond what I was expecting for the quote they gave me. I am definitely having them return on a monthly basis to keep things looking beautiful all year long.

They do a good job and are responsive to special requests. We've been using their weekly service for the last year and switched to their electric service to benefit the environment.

It went really good. I was pleased with them. Their prices were very reasonable. I give them an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; for their pricing. They gave me a senior and veterans discount. They did what they said they were going to do it, when they said they were going to do it. As far as my experience with them, I plan to use them again this year. They come out when I need them. It depends on what they are doing as far as what they charge.

This is a fly by night couple and their work a complete DISASTER! My house has a tile roof and I had been warned repeatedly by a highly respected and well established local roofing company that no one should ever be allowed to walked on the roof. Upon arrival the wife assured me that her husband knew not to walk on my tile roof and would use a ladder and the process would take a half hour. 5 minutes later I heard heavy boots on the roof. When I asked him to work from the ladder he flew into a rage and began shouting that it would be too much work. He became increasingly enraged and refused to get off the roofing, yelling that he'd just done 50 roofs exactly like this one and he would stay there as the ladder was on the other side of the house and he was almost done with the entire job (AFTER 5 MINUTES!). As his tantrum grew he screamed that I was rude and he would do what he wanted. I said I would get the ladder. His wife went off to get it while he continued to shout. They immediately left the the premise at a run, leaving chaos, broken tiles, all the debris from the gutters that were routed up to that point, and an unfinished job. No one in his right mind would allow this duo on his property! Their behavior was so unprofessional that I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce.

I was really pleased. They are very friendly folks and they stand beside their product.
