+ 1 moreLee Stubbs work was superior throughout the project. He went out of his way to repair areas beyond the original job and everything was done above expectations.. He was trustworthy in our house when we were not there. He is a very friendly and personable contractor with great ideas and advice regarding cost savings ideas. The job was done in a timely fashion. It was one of the best overall experiences with a builder that we have had!
Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen, bathroom and perform additional carpentry on doors, panelling and sprinkler systems.

+ 1 moreLee does a quality job. Says he's not the least expensive. But I think his work is first class. Also, on spa job his cost went over his estimate. He said it would not cost over 1800. It did go alot over but he kept to his word and charged me original quote. On the kitchen project I did have a contract and written estimate. He was within his estimate.
Description of Work: Had old spa sunken in deck removed. Then had hole in deck covered with new boards & reinforced for new spa to sit on. Installed new spa. Also lattice around deck replaced. Excellent job of reinforcing under deck to support weight if new spa. Spa was delivered Fri. afternoon before Labor Day & Lee had his worker stay late until hookup (electrical) finished so I could use it on the holiday. This was 2nd time I used True Builders. Other job was installing a kitchenette on my first floor of multilevel home I was converting to separate apartment (included walls & cabinetry) & major job reinforcing balcony structure off my living room, removing & reinstalling existing tile & adding membrane sealer to prevent leaks that were rotting wood structure.

+ 0 moreHe did a great job and he was very tidy. We plan on using him again if we have anything that needs done. He brought the door to make sure it fit then took it to paint it. I thought that was an extra step but it also made sure that it fit. He was very pleasant and enthusiastic about his work. I thought the price was fabulous. I have no complaints at all because he was here when he said he would be, he did what he said he would do, and now the door fits fine.
Description of Work: True Builders replaced our back door. It was a full glass outside door and it was ill-fitting. He measured, had a door built, painted it, put the locks back on, and installed it.
