+ 0 moreTim was AWESOME!!! AAA+ Best pleasant business person to work with! He was quite busy this time of season with the mice infestation. He called us back the same day in the evening. Such excellent service even after hours! He then told us what to do to prepare us for his appointment which was booked out 2-weeks because he was so busy. He then called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and went through with his services very thoroughly. Would definitely use him again in the future with our home and all our rentals. Very highly recommended to all who wants extermination or inspection services.

+ -1 moreHe did a very thorough walk around, including into the crawl space, placed ant bait all over. Also did a perimeter spray. Did forget to warn us that the ants would swarm to the bait, Yikes, but it went away in a few days. We do still see occasional ants, but no more swarms.
