carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWe scheduled full house carpet cleaning as well as upholstery cleaning recently. My husband and I took 2 hours the evening before the cleaning to move things off the carpet that they had asked us to move in preparation for the cleaning. He took the morning off work as well so someone was home when they were cleaning. The following morning, the cleaner didn't show. After leaving several messages for them throughout the morning, my husband finally RECEIVED A TEXT from the owner saying that he was out of town and would not be doing the cleaning that day. No apology, only an explanation that he is turning the business over to his 18-year-old son, who he doesn't expect to stay with the business for long. Jeff Johnson, the owner, is training for a career in real estate sales and apparently no longer has time to invest in his business! I plan to write my experience on other local reviews so others don't get stuck with this very unprofessional outfit.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and checked the area that needed cleaning. Surprised that it was such a small area, he told me the minimum charge for coming to a house and cleaning the carpets was $85. We agreed and he set up quickly, treated the carpet for spots and began cleaning it. He was quick and the carpet is beautiful. It took a full day for the carpets to dry and when they were, it felt good and clean to walk on. I found this service to be professional from the first conversation to the last. They were prompt and the service was just as they described. When leaving, he gave me spot cleaner to use if I spilled anything on the carpet. This was a very good experience and service. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I have a small carpeted area in my home, 400 sq feet. They treated spots and used a hot water and extraction method to clean the carpets.

 + 0 moreThe owner there does a very nice job on our carpets. We have used them before. He's careful and thorough. He is a very easy person to work with. He is very friendly. He was there when he said he would be, and done on time. He is experienced.

 + -1 moreThe carpets were cleaned in just over an hour. Jeff was pleasant to work with and was very competent. I was delighted with the results.
Description of Work: I called Total Home Carpet Care late on Friday. On Saturday he arrived, verified his proposal estimate and l worked quickly and competenty. The rooms that needed carpet cleaning were living room, dining room, hallway and 3 bedrooms.
