+ -1 moreAwful. They were months behind schedule and didn't even have the decency to inform me of this when my contractor already was scheduled to do the work. Then the guy blamed ME and said he was under so much pressure that he couldn't deal with a dissatisfied customer. Awful customer service. They need to hire more cabinet makers or else they just don't care about postponing and pushing the date farther and farther out. Will never work with them abain.
Description of Work: I was remodeling my kitchen and they were to make the cabinets. My interior designer sat down with one of them and decided on all details of the cabinetry.

Description of Work: The Cabinet Factory designed and manufactured a beautiful set of kitchen cabinets in beechwood with a dark cherry stain and glazing. The workmanship is incredable and the design is perfect for our kitchen. Patrick Morgan worked with us on this project and helped us create a kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We will enjoy these cabinets for a lifetime. Also, the Cabinet Factory supplied the material to redo our garden window and all of our trim and moulding. The attention to detail from Pat Morgan was gratifying. Their crew, as a whole, deserve many thanks.

+ -1 moreThe attention to detail and quality of work was extraordinary. We met with Pat several times to confirm all changes. The cabinets arrived on time and were installed by our contractor without any issues. The only hiccup was a couple shelves there were forgotten, but promptly delivered upon inquiry. The price was a little above the estimate due to changes on our end that increased the cost.
Description of Work: Custom cabinets for kitchen remodel. Pat was very helpful in design changes and recommendations over the original architect's plans.

+ 0 moreWe checked out a couple of other cabinet shops before deciding on The Cabinet Factory. We liked the quality of the work in their show room, so we chose them to do the work. We went out of town while our kitchen was torn up and our contractor told us that one cabinet needed to be modified to fit; this evidently was done quickly at no extra charge. The quality of the finished cabinets and drawers is very good
Description of Work: As part of a remodel, we replaced our kitchen cabinets. We chose natural maple with a simple trim. The Cabinet Factory made our cabinets then delivered them, on time, for our contractor to install.
