Description of Work: Terrazas helped me clean up a large garden area when we purchased another home. He worked very hard, cleaned up the debris, and removed several small trees and was able to transplant various plants and bushes. I am asking him to return this spring to continue with the gardening and cleaning up. I was very happy with the results and the price was always fair and comparable to the work.

Description of Work: We had them rip out the sod in the front yard and a portion of the backyard, and haul it off. they remove two large shrubs, roots and all, and cinders that lined a strip between street and sidewalk, and clean up an area beside our shed of yard debris & soil. Two very HARD workers, had it done in less than six hours! I was very impressed and pleased!

+ -1 moreGerado and his crew do bi-weekly landscape maintenance for me as well as chores like cleaning the roof and gutters. Dependable, honest, hardworking and nice people. I always get great value in work done for the amount paid.
Description of Work: Gerardo and his uncle did a major property clean up at my rural home - blackberries, brush, building debris& took down old fencing. Very hardworking, they did a great job. The two of them got more work done the first 1/2 day than a crew of 8 have done in a full day in the past, and no pesticides or chemical spray at all. The price was very fair for the job involved. Very refreshing to find someone who works hard and is proud to do a good job. Kind, honest , and polite, I can not recommend them highly enough.

+ -1 moreOn or around Dec 10-12, I called for an estimate. Within 45 minutes the two Terrazas brothers arrived to give me an estimate. Horacio and Raul walked about the yard with me, telling me what they would like to do and getting my okay on it and we came to a mutual agreement on what all they could do for me in a day that was within my budget. I got the feeling that they both wanted to make sure I would be comfortable dealing with limited English speaking persons if one of themselves could not be on sight while the work was being done. We agreed on the price and day and time that the work would be done. .They arrived promptly. In about four hours, three or four workers accomplished more than I could do in three, eight hour days. They were very courteous (y muy amble). They did a great job, working diligently (todos hombres muy trabajadores ). I will be contacting them again soon to clean my gutters and spread some new bark and just get ready for the spring. I appreciate their work ethics and the end results. Overall ratings: Price B, Quality A, Punctuality A, Professionalism A, Responsiveness A.
Description of Work: Yard cleanup: Leaves raked, lawns mowed, lawns edged. Flower beds weeded. Patio swept . Two trees had recently been cut down ( a filbert tree and an apple tree) they cleaned those areas and hauled away all debris.

Description of Work: I must say they exceeded my expectations. I contracted with Terraza's to clean up my yard (weed, edge, mow), put in a decorative fence and add mulch. I ended up with a sculpted manicured property that's hardly recognizable - but in a good way! For various reasons, my yard front & back were getting overgrown more & more the last couple of years. This spring's walloping snowstorm was finally the last straw. Trying to clean up that mess made me further behind with the yard in general and I ended up completely overwhelmed. They went way beyond a simple clean up, did more than they said they would for clean up (they cleaned up weedy pathways & patios too, took out the weeds in the cracks of my driveway, pruned overgrown bushes) and shared ideas with me on another project that I'm going to have them bid on because I was so pleased. If I asked for something to be done in an area a certain way, they would explain an alternate way and why I might like it better...it was all done with gentle suggestions and again, the result was better than I expected. Can't go wrong with these guys!

After walking around the property with me and asking questions about how I liked things done, he gave me a quote and told me what to expect over the next few months. He and his brothers came out and did an initial cleanup that is designed to get the property in shape so that it can be maintained each week. Since then they do what ever is necessary to keep my property in pristine condition.
Description of Work: Terraza Landscaping has done an excellent job maintaining my property on a weekly basis for the past year. I have a approximately 2/3 - 3/4 acre landscaped property which they maintain. They mow, trim, weed, fertilize, spray the driveway for weeds, haul away branches and even rake the garden when necessary. For a little extra they rototilled my garden and did a fantastic job. They take pride in their work and know what needs to be almost before I do. I highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreI have been using his services for the past six weeks. He is fabulous and I have been using his services every week. I am not sure if he has been charging me on a weekly or monthly basis. I have being paying him $100 a month which would be $25 for a week which is very reasonable. He is very reliable and always on time. He leaves my yard very clean and spotless which is very difficult during a time when there are leaves everywhere. He does an excellent job. He even picks up my dog's toys and removes them before mowing the lawn.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Terraza Landscaping on the 10th of November 2010 for my lawn maintenance. He would be coming out again during the fall season to do leaf blowing and leaf removal from my lawn which is very important right now.
