Terrazas Yard Maintenance & Construction LLC

Hired this company to plant some flowers and rhododendrons. Mowed my yard & then edged it. Also did clean up on areas where some old leaves & etc hadn't been taken care of. Terrazas did an excellent job & will use then again if need arrises.

A real professional. Got it done fast and got it done right. The price seemed high at first, but when I saw how much he accomplished and how well and how fast I paid a little extra. Well worth it!

Arrived promptly at 7am as scheduled. Had to leave an hour into it and then came back. Worked hard and it looks nice, however the lawn wasn't mowed or edged. In review of quote mowing was left off however edging was listed. When I asked about it, there was some confusion that was never resolved. Several texts backs and forth with just oh sorry apology with no offer to edge. I paid $200 for 2.75 hours and wasn't 100% happy.

It went great - we originally hired Gerardo to get our yard under control after a few weeks of unchecked growth left us feeling overwhelmed. He did great work for a very reasonable price, and we ended up hiring him to come out on a bi-weekly basis for the past 2 summers in a row. He is always prompt, communicative, very polite, and very responsive to any specific requests we have. For the most part, he just keeps everything trimmed and neat looking. He has also cleaned our gutters for us at the end of summer. I recommend Gerardo thoroughly!

They did a very good job. I was worried because it was raining the day they were supposed to come, but they arrived on time anyway and got right to work. The weeds were out of control, but they did a good job.

Excellent! Out of the several requests I put out, Terrazas was first to respond and kept following g up with me. The others I had great difficulty with making contact, and when I finally did it seemed as there was no interest in the work. Terraces was very accommodating in getting me scheduled. When work was done, because I was not there and could not see the top of roof, photos were provided in great detail.

These guys were awesome! We are planning to hire them again for sure! The owner Gerardo contacted me within 12 hours of my purchase. He came by the next day to look at the job. He showed up with a couple of guys on Saturday and within 3 hours they cleaned up our entire front and back yards. We have 1/4 acre lot so we were actually planning or hiring them for extra time but they were so fast and efficient that they finished everything in 3 hours!! Even weeding. They hauled away all the debris including branches that had come down from our trees in wind and the ice storm and taking out all of the old mulch out of planters and the wooded area in the back of our yard. So glad we found this company!! A+

Gerardo was prompt, professional, and efficient. Honestly discussed what could and could not be done. He was pleasant to talk to and I trust him to do future work. There was an extra charge for removal of the debris, rather than leaving for city/county cleanup, but that was fine with me. The cost of his work today included the $200 special for 6 man hours of work plus $40 for debris removal.

Have hired Gerardo many times and am always happy with his work!

Gerardo always does an amazing job! He is always on time and gets the job done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend his services, whether its weekly yard work, cleaning gutters, or any other services he provides I can always count on Gerardo doing the very best!

Part of the problem is that I purchased this service for my daughter so I couldn't very well answer all the questions. She's not available at the moment. I do have some concerns and it may partly be the way the ad read. It read '4 Hours Yard Cleanup or Gutter Cleaning'. I assumed that we would get 4 hours of work. He did the gutter cleaning which was the main thing I was hiring him for. He did that in under an hour and half and left. When he got to my daughters house, he never knocked on the door, he never checked with her. When he left, he didn't say 'I am done, is there anything else'. He just left and she was there and he never made contact with her. So if it was one of the other, it should have said, 'Gutter Cleaning or 4 Hours of Yard Work'. I felt $120 for an hour and a half of work wasn't worth the price. He was prompt. He called me right away even though I had said on the website when I bought it, that I would contact him. He called me immediately and then got my daughter's address and went over there immediately to survey it and then did the service the next day. It's hard for me to do it overall because he was very prompt. But like some of the questions, 'Was he professional?' I don't know because I didn't watch him work. He was Johnny on the spot. We felt we were getting 4 hours of work.

Of course they add on when they got there.I asked him if would do the the gutters and he said yes for 150.I said ok although I knew I could get it cheaper but since he was going to be there,ok.He then said it would be 120 .00 more to get all the leaves and trim a large shrub I had.I said ok.He was a nice guy and punctual and even though I checked his work,I said it was ok even though he did not put the leaves on the part of the street I had asked.I got the 150 deal because I thought it was a good deal.So I rechecked the work and came to the conclusion I could have gotten a better job for the the same or less that my normal gardner does.I called him to tell him I wasn't satisfied and of course he came up with many excuses.He did offer to offer come back to blow away the leaves that were left.I won't go into our conversation but it made me not want him coming back.I think he is a nice guy and honest but goes to fast in order to get his money's worth.

Absolutely wonderful. He is great. I can't give him a high enough grade. He does a great job. He does the job of 2 people for $10 less than the people before. He does the work 10 times better than the company before.

It went great. I called him on a Saturday and he was over in an hour. He did the work quickly and cleaned up all of the debris and took it away. I have had him do yard clean up before also and he is always prompt and courteous. I feel his charges are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone. Does great work.

They did a great job. They cleaned a couple truck loads of debris and blackberries from my back yard, and hauled it all off as part of the service. When they were done, the back yard looked so much better. I was under a time crunch to get the house ready to list, and they were able to come out and take care of things very quickly.

They did a great job! Very professional and polite and the work was excellent. Geraldo even edged the lawns for me and ran over the designated time in order to finish with that....at no additional charge, although I did send them off with some fresh tomatoes from the garden 😀 I would happily have then back!
