Description of Work: Frederick and his crew tore off my shake roof and installed a new composite. Really excellent customer service from everyone. The crew cleaned up really well each day and the roof is beautiful.

I pretty much covered it. There were no don'ts!
Description of Work: Frederick and his crew were awesome. First noticed that we were very picky home owners when he approached our house. They were punctual, offered to work a Saturday when it was too hot to be on the roof that Friday. We had absolutely no clean-up, no hassles, the were overly respectful of our home. I left the house unlocked each day so they could use the facilities but they didn't feel they should enter our house without us home. I can't say enough about them. I've given them 4 or 5 referals since and all have been as impressed as we were.

Freddie replaced the boots and sealed the new ones around the pipes on the roof so they won't leak. He was on time, worked quickly, cleaned up and the price was reasonable.

Fredrick was punctual, neat, and professional. He was very upfront with everything he was doing and willing to explain the things I didn't understand. The roof looks great and we haven't had any leaks since. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future!
Description of Work: He replaced the flat roof over the carport/storage unit and repaired the leak that had developed where the flat roof joined with the house.

The contractor is a very personable individual. He went through the process with us step by step. He brought samples of the roofing material to our home and was on the job within days.
Description of Work: A new roof was required for a house that we were buying. An estimate was provided and a new metal roof was provided, with a lot of detail work, in just two weeks. Dry rot was discovered and dealt with in a smooth efficient manner.
