+ -1 moreDenise showed up exactly on time, on the dot. This was a first engagement, so I showed her around and then left for work. She "got" what I was after with the "brand new" factor, so she took care to really make things shine. She restored the appliances to their native color and sheen, and the took special care with the floors-both carpet and hardwood. She alerted me to some marks in the hardwood, which looked like they were caused by a chair at a computer workstation. Overall, a great job, very thorough cleaning, pleasant experience.
Description of Work: I had Denise come for a basic cleaning of the kitchen and floors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances that needed cleaning. The floors are hardwood and carpet. This is a new house, and I wanted to keep it "brand new" clean.
