Description of Work: came and inspected my year old mattress after i had contacted them a year ago so contacted them again and got results. I had been gone the time they would have come in Sjeptember. I couldnt get my computer to send a photo of my mattress last year i got a call about 4 days later and the mattress did need to be replaced and was given a confirmation number. I finally got the mattress inspected and indeed it was defective. I had 30 days to replace it.
