TERRIBLY. I FEEL THAT THIS FIRM IS GOOD FIRM THAT CAN PRODUCE A QUALITY PRODUCT, BUT BEING SMALL IT IS EASY TO BECOME OVER-COMMITTED AS FAR AS TIME AND RESOURCES. THE COMMUNICATION BEGAN TO FADE AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR, WITH THE CONCLUSION BEING THAT THEY WOULD NOT/COULD NOT DO ANY OF THE WORK OR EVEN PROVIDE US WITH A BID FOR THE WORK. THIS LEFT US WITHOUT A CONTRACTOR FOR THIS BUILDING SEASON AND HAS LEFT US IN A VERY DIFFICULT PREDICAMENT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM BID WORK FOR YOU, MAKE SURE UP FRONT THAT THEY CAN PERFORM THE WORK AND NOT LEAVE YOU WITH EXCUSES. WE UNFORTUNATELY HAVE LEARNED OUR LESSON THE HARD WAY. I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST THIS COMPANY PERSONALLY OR PROFESSIONALLY, BUT MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

Excellence. Six Degrees was professional. They worked well with us as homeowners and communicated well with our neighbors. Job site was kept clean and as quiet as possible. Workers were courteous and professional. Job came in on budget and on-time.

This is the letter I sent to Six Degrees..... Dave, I’m writing to tell you that I just received your invoice, and I’m completely blown away. As you know, our well researched and professionally informed purchase of our first house turned into a nightmare. Our savings were, literally, crumbling in front of us when our structural engineer recommended you. At that time, our luck was so unfortunate that we needed an infusion of simple, plain, honesty. Looking back, it makes me smirk to think of how skeptical I was in meeting with you, as you and 6 Degrees Construction turned out to be nothing short of amazing. I genuinely appreciated how you kept me abreast of the progress, while I was out of state. I was truly impressed getting pictures, progress reports, and in your communication when you and our structural engineer modified the design. My experience during that phase made me feel a great deal of respect for you and your ethics. And, with the amount of work that went into repairing the beam and other structural issues, repairing the minor crack in the foundation, removing the concrete master bedroom deck, re-grading the exterior roof under the deck, replacing the deck, installing the correct water proof membranes, makes me have to ask how you accomplished everything in a timeframe of 8 business days and under budget?! As I said, amazing. Dave, your work, talent, proficiency, professionalism, and honesty, were a breath of fresh air in a time when we needed it the most. Your team was quick, efficient, skilled, and fast. You have our deepest appreciation and recommendation, and we will certainly call on you for anymore of our constructions needs. .We had a guarantee for one year that if anything was wrong they would come out to fix it. They are extremely accommodating. You couldn't ask for better service.

They were wonderful to work with - very responsive. Took pains to keep a clean site and worked with our neighbors to make sure everyone knew what was happening and that they were happy. Couldn't have asked for more. Quality materials and quality workmanship.

They were very professional. Their work was excellent and it was outstanding. They did exactly what we asked them to do. They were on time and the quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up every day. The workers were polite and as quite as construction can be. We had no problems at all. The general contractors checked all the time to make sure things were satisfactory. There were lot of follow-ups and a lot of concern for quality in detail.
