I called, Shawn immediately returned my call and set up an appointment. He arrived on time, checked out the stove and provided an estimate. He then ordered the parts and let me know when they arrived and set up a final appointment the day they arrived. Shawn came on time, and promptly completed the repairs. Everything is working perfectly and he ended up charging less than the original estimate. I am pleased.

it went alright for the most part took almost a month to get them here then when they finally got here they had to order a part that i told them they needed and that they said they ordered so it took an extra two days but when they finally had parts needed job when by quickly only took about 2 hrs to pull the old one replace and clean overall im happy that my fridge is running but i wish it happened a month sooner

Him I just did a load and i alwsys clean it, come to find out he told Frigidaire that I had gops of dog hair clogging gasket, which was not true especially after telling him I just did a load. Then called Frigidaire and I am here still with a leaky door and laundry soap despenser still staying full of water that I cant fill with products because full of water. If this is a normal thing why did he tell me that a lady he repaired had a same washer and hecreplaced the rubber gasket. Sounds like to me especially with the other reviews is this guy dont want to repair and just lives off of repair service call money.

I called Shawn early on Tuesday. He said he could make it later, close to 5:00. Actually called later and made it by 2:00. Done with the repair by 2;20!

It was frustrating because I don't know if it is the appliance or if it was him. He finally said after spending all this time and money that he couldn't fix it because the refrigerator is shorting out. We haven't called anyone else to look at it.

Shawn has worked on my washer and dryer for the last three years. He has always showed up when he said he would and has always fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. He always acts very professionially and plus has customer service skills. (an added bonus here in ktown) the price of the service call is always reasonable for the services preformed. I would highly recommend Shawn for appliance repair.
