Our insurance agent recommended ServiceMaster after we suffered a water leak in our kitchen. They responded very quickly when I called them. When they arrived at the house, they carefully assessed the extent of the damage and explained what would be necessary to remediate the damage. To me, it looked like replacing a few boards in the hardwood kitchen floor, but the technician explained that the moisture had gone into the walls and that it would be necessary to remove the flooring, remove the kitchen counters, remove the drywall (up to about 3 feet above the floor), remove the appliances, and remove the insulation in the walls and under the floor. They quickly and professionally did all that. They immediately began the dry-out and they kept in constant contact to let me know of their progress. They carefully removed all that needed to be removed. When they finished, they took their equipment and left the house in as good shape as a house can be after the kitchen has been torn apart. Overall, they did a great job.
